I downloaded the NEW league file it looks like

Is Missing from the Vikings Roster.
AFTER the Draft will we have a chance to pick up some of the players CUT by other teams ?
If I go over the time limit on one of my picks. I still get to use that pick ?
I would think the draft moves on without me and I post my pick asap
