*Rich-In my opinion there should be a deadline to vote on theses proposals and use the majority of votes cast to be the determining factor. A non vote should not be construed as a no vote. There are people who don't check the forum regularly or just don't have an opinion.

Everyone should vote. I am assuming that Rich will contact the people who have not voted to make them aware. If they choose to abstain from voting, I agree with you that their vote should not be counted as a no vote.

I still think we should have a deadline to vote. Monday night (07/31) at midnight would seen reasonable to me so we can move into August and get the draft set up.
