Beginning with the 2022 season, I propose the following rule change.
If you have a KR or PR who had at least 17 returns last season, they can be used as a lone returner regardless of the position on the card set.
This should help reduce a potential shortage of returners and is in line with rules from other computer leagues.
I vote yes.

If this is normal in most leagues, I vote yes. I assume when the NFL goes to 18 games it’ll be 18 returns as well?

FYI-I would vote to amend this rule to 16 KR/PR. My initial proposal was based on a 17 game schedule, which apparently cannot be done on the computer program at this time.
