Gentleman,
Based on the league format, I think we should eliminate the 10 games played rule as part of our trade rules. The 10th game falls in the middle of the block so no roster changes can be made anyways. I think the date alone can be used. I would say we could make this effective immediately. No harm in doing so as nobody gains an advantage as teams acquiring players would not be eligible to game 13 anyways.
Thoughts?
I vote "Yes"
BTW-I have no deals in the works and am basically done trading so this idea was not being thought of with selfish interests in mind. It'll also help from players delaying playing the 10th game looking to trade/acquire players.

I vote yes. I have delayed games so I would not play my 10th game with either team and I know two different managers who have done the same.

I vote yes as well considering the start date for the traded player would be the beginning of the 4th block.

I vote yes for this year.
I vote also beginning next season to cut off trading with the beginning of the third block. With no long term injuries and plenty of time after the end of the NFL season, there is no reason to allow the reshaping of teams late in the season, going into the playoffs.

Ok for me too for implementation this year
So March 7th is the last day to trade no matter how many games one has played, correct?

Assuming this passes and it appears it will, then yes.
