This is not my personal opinion; it is all based on a mathematical formula using factors such as turnover differential, points for, points against, win percentage, pythagorean win value, victory value, and points per game differential value. All various categories were weighted differently and took account of several factors to come up with the numbers.
Just a fun little projected I wanted to try. If anyone is interested more in how these were calculated, feel free to reach out. Enjoy!

The formula is as follows:
Victory Value (25%) = team wins * strength of victory (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the highest upper bound value)
Pythagorean Win Value (25%) = (points scored) / (points scored + points against) * games played (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the highest upper bound value)
Point Differential Value (25%) = (PPG differential plus/minus average * strength of schedule (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the highest upper bound value)
Win Percentage Value (10%) = win percentage (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the highest upper bound value)
Points Scored Value (5%) = points scored (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the highest upper bound value)
Points Against Value (5%) = points against (relative scale of 0 to 100 by the lowest lower bound value)
Turnover Differential Value (5%) = turnover differential plus/minus (relative scale of -100 to 100 by the lowest lower bound value)
Example of relative scale is i.e. for Points Scored Value if the league best is 28 points then that equals 100, 21 equals 75, and 14 points equals 50 on the scale
