Something that has been an issue in the past but never addressed is people who abstain from a vote.
I propose that if someone chooses not vote on an issue, their vote is “removed” from the pool. What I mean is if there are 14 owners, the majority is 8 but if someone chooses not to vote, the voting pool is 13 and 7 becomes the majority.
