Exciting! I had two during my playing days -- Orel Hershiser (1988?) in Game 7 of our league World Series and crafty left-hander Bud Black against a Dave Roehr lefty dominated lineup during a regular season game.

Fergie has no one to blame but himself for not throwing a perfect game. He made an error along with John Ellis. I have also had a couple of computer game no-hitters. Jim Bunning and Mickey Lolich in the 60's.

I just checked the boxscore -- that White Sox team is likely the first team I saw in person. I think Mike Squires dove into the stands right next to me to catch a foul ball in the 9th to secure a save for Ed Farmer.
