to be used in a game. This would be a simple way of eliminating a difficult problem to solve.
I can't believe anyone would be impacted by this rule. It also eliminates all the potential trickery that was discussed during the draft earlier today. We also wouldn't need to roster unnecessary players.
We would still need to put players in the formation so the game engine works, but it wouldn't matter because the formation could never be used.
I would vote yes for this. I hope others agree.

How about you can only use it if you have a real "FB" playing the "FB" position and a BB that qualifies as a BB.(This is how I interpret ALL of these roster issues. If you don't have the players you cannot play the formation). Remember, under our rules a TE cannot play BB; only BB players can OR any FB or a HB that is rated as a 4 run block. No reason to punish someone that has a FB he wants to run.

Sounds fine Rich, but doubtful more than 1/2 the league knows what you are talking about. I will give up the ghost on this issue. It is not worth the time.

That must be computer time and not our rule.
Be good to clarify what we will follow before finalizing rosters.
