The Raiders trade ILB Luke Kuechly and ILB/OLB Dont'a Hightower to the Titans

for:

1) Titans 2020 1st round pick; and
2) Titans 2022 conditional draft pick based on Hightower's future value:
a) If he has a pass+run defensive rating of 11 or 12 for his 2021 season rating, Titans will owe Raiders their 1st round draft pick in 2022
b) If he has a pass+run defensive rating of 10, Titans will owe Raiders a 2nd draft pick in 2022
c) If he has a pass+run defensive rating of 9, Titans will owe Raiders a 3rd round draft choice in 2022.
d) If he has a pass+run defensive rating of 8, Titans will owe Raiders a 4th round draft choice in 2022.
e) If the rating is 7 or lower, no draft choice will be owed.
