If we're going over any rules discussion that day, then 9 probably should be the start time. If no rules, then I suggest 10am to allow a little more time for travel.

I will have snacks out all day but plan to order out some pizza between noon & 1:00.

I think I have enough tables but it wouldn't hurt to bring the Official Draft Table. No matter what start time is decided upon, I will be open for setup an hour before.
