A. Alex has expressed an interest in re-acquiring the Buccaneers. Alex had to tend to family matters that demanded his attention and could not complete last year’s season. I propose that Alex re-acquire the Buccaneers and that the Buccaneers draft picks for 2019 be immediately after the lottery of each round ( 8th ).
B. With the new NFL kickoff rules, the onside kickoff has become very hard to convert. Based on last year’s stats, the probability of recovery of an onside kick should be 2 or 2,12. I propose that we begin using the previous Strat onside kickoff chart which allows for kicking team recovery on 2,3,&12.
C. I propose we apply a minus 2 penalty to backup Cornerbacks and Defensive Backs that have a starting Cornerback on their NFL team’s card of lower rating when playing Cornerback in a standard 4 defensive back set. Defenders may assign cornerbacks and nickelbacks to the wide receiver of their choice when in a nickel, dime, or 5-6 defense against 3 wide receiver or 4 wide receiver offenses.
I approve of these proposals John.

I vote yes for A, B and C above.
Clarification for C--I am voting yes based on the explanation that the "minus 2" Penalty is eliminated if 5 or more defensive backs are on the field.

A CBN or DBN on the field in a 5 or 6 defensive back formation against a non-3 wide receiver or 4 wide receiver offense only keeps his full value if he is not assigned coverage to a wide receiver. He could be assigned coverage to a tight end of a 2 wide receiver, 2 tight end offense at full value Otherwise, he could be an unassigned nickel or dime back at full value.

B) Assuming SOM does not make their own adjustment to the onside kick chart, i'm good with B.
C) Isn't this the new SOM rule as written?

A is for Alex = Yes.
B. I think I'd like more than 1 season to make a change.
C. I'd like to see the new rules to determine whether Strat intends to Supplement or Supplant last year's slot CB rule.

A. I am okay with Alex coming back. I believe Buccaneers draft picks (owned by the Bucs or other teams) should be placed at pick #13 in every round. Being placed 8th in every round would still be considered the lottery in most years, with this year being an exception due to teams not being played/owned.
B. I'm good with either, don't have much of an opinion. Using the real Strat rule just helps with uniformity.
C. Assuming it is the new Strat rule, I am also good with that.

For anyone looking for stats on how many "Nickelbacks" or CB/DBs there are with a higher rating than a starter, there are 9. I did not include subs with an equal rating to a starter.
Desmond King - Chargers - CB 6
Nickell Robey-Coleman - Rams - CB 5
Justin Coleman - Seahawks - CB 5
Marlon Humphrey - Ravens - CB 5
Rasul Douglas - Eagles - CB 4
Quinton Dunbar - Redskins - CB 4
Darqueze Dennard - Bengals - CB 4
Briean Boddy-Calhoun - Browns - CB 4
Budda Baker - Cardinals - DB 40

Yes to " A "
" B " as I am the "KING " of the onside hick … I will abstain on this one !
" C " write it up as a rule with all permutations possible. Don't combine it with any other things to vote on.

C is not a rule we need to actually vote on, it's a new SOM rule.
