After a month or so of peaceful bliss, it looks like Carl is back to being Carl....

in the context of the OFM league Carl, Read my reply. It is clearly stated, "Play (coach) your games". Meaning no proxy phone games or substitute coaches.

I see Carl is up to his antics again.
That being said, I believe there have been 8 "Yes" votes which is majority to replace the existing OFM rule game play/penalties.
Does anybody have a written copy of the existing OFM rules? If so, could it be posted here?

Now that the 2022 regular season is complete, upon a quick review, all games were played by their coaches except the Bills/Seahawks game. Due to the circumstances behind this game, I do not believe the Seahawks should be penalized. We cannot penalize the Bills as they are defunct. Relative to missed second deadlines, there were none. That being said, there wasn't a single extension request that actually garnered enough approvals to be granted an extension.
Since there will be no "extensions" as we've known in the past, The upcoming deadlines will be strictly enforced barring extenuating circumstances. With this in mind, the second part of the penalties above should be revised. The goal is not to look to penalize, but to keep the season moving at a good/reasonable pace for all teams.
